Professional and busy female has a spare room to let which is fully furnished.

The room is available for £650pcm. Depending on need, I am able to look at renting the room for shorter terms subject to needs and a reference. The rate is £200 per week.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet and mirror. There is no TV aerial in the room.

The house is a Victorian Terrace with a private back garden. The French doors in the kitchen lead out to the garden. The garden is well maintained. The gardener comes once a month.

Further storage can be used in the cellar chambers.

The kitchen has a range cooker, all appliances with a bistro table for two with a small Smart tv.

There is a separate dining room with a table and 6 comfy seats. Doors are able to close off the lounge from the dining room if required.

The lounge has a large right corner large sofa and coffee table and 50 inch tv.

The house has Virgin fibre and a Bluetooth speaker for use. There is available parking on side streets nearby.

Walking distance to the Metrolink to commute into Manchester or anywhere on the system as well as a number of bus services around. The house is close to the hospital and airport. The house is close to Altrincham's bars, restaurants and parks. Beautiful and peaceful place to live.

For ease and simplicity and what turns out to work well, I tend to just say use everything in the house such as the ironing board, iron, cookware, cutlery, tableware, as if it were your own. Saves doubling up on stuff generally. Home from home.

I work full time either in Manchester or at home. I have a busy life and always exercising, cooking or seeing friends during the week. I'm a sociable and laid back person but clean and tidy at the same time.
