Currently looking for someone to fill a double room, current roommate is moving away, so looking to fill it with someone who’s friendly, clean and potentially shares similar interests.

House is situated in Birchwood, 5minute walk from the train station so good access to both Manchester and Liverpool
There is parking at the front of the property (space for me and another) and plenty of road parking for any guests

It’s a large unfurnished double room on the first floor at the back of the property, looking over the rear garden.

Rest of the house is furnished, but you’d be more than welcome to bring you own comforts and add your own touch to it.

There are 2 bathrooms in the property - full bathroom upstairs - with a separate toilet downstairs.

Garden to the rear which get a good showing of the sun (if it ever out in the uk)

Pets would be considered as my roommate did have two cats :)

You would need to pass the standard checks within the letting agency and pay a deposit to them etc but all the bills are currently in my name so these would be split between us :)
