Our cottage

Please not that this is initially a Short Term lease but this could be rolled on for a suitable applicant.

We are pleased to offer two double rooms in our white coloured cottage in Blacon to young working professionals. Shared areas include lounge with television, kitchen, bathroom and garden.

WE PREFER APPLICANTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED A SPARE ROOM PROFILE.

All household bills are included in the price and this includes the use of Sky Unlimited Wi-Fi Internet.

The property is fully furnished and recently redecorated with refurbishment for the lounge, hallway, stairs, landing and bathroom recently completed, and further to come. It is well maintained and clean.

The whole kitchen has recently been re-fitted , retiled and redecorated, and boasts modern appliances including washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and electric hob.

A nice sized garden is at the rear of the house. A patio provides a pleasant spot for sitting out in the sun(!) or enjoying a barbeque.

There is ample parking for 2/3 cars available although it is only a 25 minute walk to Chester City Centre along the scenic cycle path and canal. Also, the Blacon Pointer bus stops just 10 seconds walk up the road.

The house is close to all amenities including shops, takeaways, and a post office in the newly refurbished shopping parade.

Please note that our house is not suitable for students or anybody who is unemployed, and references will be requested and checked.

Please note: NO SMOKERS, NO PETS, NO CHILDREN, NO COUPLES, NO DSS. This is initially a three month lease but visitors working on short-term contracts, even weekly (rent pro rata), will also be considered.
