This is a newly refurbished, ground floor room at the front of the house. There is a double bed with storage drawers under, a walk in storage area with hanging space and an ensuite shower room. There is also a wall mounted TV, and small kitchenette area which includes fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and small kitchen sink and underneath a cupboard with a range of crockery, cutlery, glassware and microwave cooking dishes. A wall mounted, drop down table and foldaway chairs make a useful eating/work space. Large window with blind makes this a very light and bright space. The room is part of the house but has its own outside entrance.
The house is on a quiet, residential road 1/2 mile from the centre of Bramhall. Easy access to buses to Wilmslow, Stockport and Manchester, trains to Stockport, Manchester, Macclesfield. Close to motorway network and 15 minutes from Manchester airport.
As the room is only small (but perfectly formed!) it is not suitable for permanent residence: only enquiries from those wishing MONDAY TO FRIDAY considered.
