Single Room bill included in clean and large house

Living Room

House: The two bedroom terrace house is located in the lovely area of Bredbury along Stockport Road East. The house has a large kitchen, dinning room, bathroom and living room which is all kept clean and tidy and available to use. I have a small rear garden and off-street parking to rear of the property, which may be used, as I don’t drive. I don’t have a cleaner as I clean after my self and the house is kept very clean.

Room: The room is a single room which has just been painted, new curtains installed and an existing wardrobe. The single bed in the room has recently been bought and the metal frame bed pulls out to give plenty of storage space under the bed which my previous tenant found very useful.. There is plenty of storage on the loft and cupboards around the house and kitchen should you wish to store anything you have.

Transport: With bus stop beside the house and Bredbury train station within 4min walking distance away, its really very easy to commute around. I often get the train to Manchester piccadilly which takes 20 minutes

Amenities: Big Morrison’s and local shops, restaurants and pubs all within 3minute walking distance from the house so really very easy to do your grocery shopping.

Me: I’m a 52 year old professional female looking to rent out a room in my lovely home. I’m easy going, love reading and keep myself to myself. I’m looking for a female only flatmate. The bills are all included with in the price quoted and I take one months rent up front and a months rent as a deposit.
