Lodgers' shared living room

The house is situated in a quiet suburban close near many shops and food outlets. There is a frequent rail service into the centre of Manchester and the station is within easy walking distance. Otherwise there are regular bus services into Stockport. There is off-road parking for one other vehicle and road parking in view of the house is easy.
The other resident is myself, a teacher who likes theatre, walking and salsa among other interests.
There is a separate living room with freeview television for lodgers (but you are welcome to join me in mine on occasion). The bathroom with shower is shared with the other tenant. The kitchen with all its appliances (including washing machine, drier, dishwasher, microwave) and utensils is used by all residents but lodgers do have a separate fridge each and a shared freezer. There is separate storage space for each person.
There is also an elderly tabby cat who is wary of new arrivals.
The accommodation would suit an independent female who might find it useful for a Monday-Friday arrangement.
