Small Double Room Available Altrincham

My name is Rhiannon, I'm 22 and a student but also work full time.

I'm living in a gorgeous flat in Altrincham with my boyfriend and have a room available. Whilst it is small there is a small double ottoman bed, clothes rail, bedside table and slim set of drawers. It is very cosy! There is ample storage room in the loft space for any extras!
I am looking for £430 a month bills included.
Its about 10 minutes from Timperley tram station and from there 25 minutes into central Manchester. Theres also a private car park if you drive.
There is also a large bathroom which you would have private access to, with toilet, sink and shower over bath (but if I could borrow the bath occasionally I'd be grateful!)
Theres a lounge with corner sofa, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD player and a kitchen with all appliances. We have just ordered a new sofa set and are in the process of making this room much cosier and brighter!
Its a top (third) floor flat in a beautiful building so its very safe and cosy!
Im a very open, friendly person and always looking to make new friends. We're both sociable and always up for cooking dinner together, watching TV or just hanging out.
