I have a large 14 ft by 9 ft bright sunny room to rent out in a 2 bedroomed semi detached 50s house in Broughton near Airbus on a nice quiet street
The room is morning sun aspect has a double bed with a new mattress large double wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair and footstool for relaxing are in the room.
I am a professional full time shop worker as I work full time in Wrexham You will have time to yourself in the house as My partner lives in Wrexham and I stay there approx 2 nights a week but he does not stay here due to less able

I am advertising Sunday evening to fri rent and that is the rent quoted - I would consider full time renter at the moment but I will only rent to someone who has a permanent base somewhere else too please - rent would then be £100 as council tax would need paying
