Nice clean kitchen with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, wash & dryer, microwave and all mod cons. A guest is given their own storage cupboards.

Bathroom/shower suite clean and modern. Big bath.

All bills are included in the rent (council tax/water/TV/gas/electricity/Wi-Fi/Sky).
(Outgoing landline calls not included.. I never use it)

The Deposit is £600 one calendar month rent in advanced, thereafter the rent is paid every calendar month... on the same date.

Partner...
This is a let for one person only. If you want to have your partner stay one night at the weekend that is fine.

The area is very quiet and respectable and not a place to have wild parties. It a comfortable home.

I will consider letting the room to a male or female. I have had long term male lodgers before. You must be in employment. I am looking for professionals preferably.
