The rest of the flat consist of the following areas;

The rent includes of the following bills:
• Water
• Electricity
• BT TV and BB

Expectations:
New house mate should be a non-smoker. I do like to keep my flat clean and tidy so would expect a flatmate, respect my space, to keep the bedroom and bathroom clean tidy as well.

I would expect any potential lodger to provide identification /references:
• This could be a signed copy of your letter of employment.
• I would expect to see your original passport or ID Form
• If you are a student, then confirmation of student status.
In return, I will provide a contractual rental agreement, plus a signed and dated copy of the deposit.

Transport:
Public transport is available to Manchester and Manchester airport.  

Social:
Bars, restaurants and shops are 10-15 minutes’ walk.

About me.
I am a Sports Therapist, Tennis and Squash Coach. I am passionately into fitness, gym and healthy lifestyle.

I am respectful of others space but would be equally happy to spend evenings chatting with a flatmate over a drink. I am approachable and ideally looking to share with someone with common interest as apposed to just being a flatmate.
