Double Room In Modernised House

Hi we are looking for a friendly tidy professional to share our home with us. All housemates work shifts work so in and out at different times but always very quiet and never have any of us been woken by each other. The added benefit is that the house never seems full of people as on different shifts.. There is myself and my partner and then 1 other female lodger who has lived with us for a couple of years. . We are a gay couple ( just like to get that out there in case it's an issue.
Our house is a 5 bed detached house that has been updated to a modern high standard.
Bedroom 1 is the green one . It has a double fitted mirrored wardrobe. Double bed and bedside tables with a 40inch smart tv. Decorated to a high standard. This room will be available from the 7th august.
Bedroom 2 is a double room that’s furnished . It has a wardrobe , drawers , a double bed with two bedside tables each with two drawers for storage two large drawers under the bed . and a 30inch smart tv on the wall with aerial and internet access. And has recently been fitted with a new carpet. This will be available at the end of august.,
The bathroom which is classed as shared with our other female/(male lodgers soon to move out)is newly fitted too. And has drawers under the sink for toiletries. there are also shelves for toiletries too.
Myself and my partner have our own bathroom so don’t use the main bathroom so it is never congested. There is also a toilet downstairs .
It is a no shoe household to keep the carpets looking good 😜
There is a large hallway cupboard under the stairs with storage for shoes for each person living here.
We love to eat good food, in good company and also like a good night out but never have any wild parties. We are looking for someone that can fit into the household. We do like the house to be kept tidy and clutter free so a tidy clean person is essential. And someone that is just generally considerate of the fact it is shared with other people.
There is on street parking outside the house. And. its quiet so never a problem to park. We are ten minutes from the airport, wythernshawe hospital and Alderly Edge and 15 to 20 min drive from the city centre and very close to motorways.
All the bills are included and we have super fast broadband. One of us smokes but not in the house so we don’t mind smokers so long as you go outside to have a cigarette. The garden will be renovated at the end of august so we will also have a nice outside space to use.
