Hello,

I am looking for a lodger. Somebody who works Mon-Fri during the day and who doesn't need to the room on the weekends.

The flat itself is nice, in a little gated complex, on the top floor. The area is really nice and serene, and then Hoole is a bit more vibrant, about 10 mins walk away. There is a bus stop right outside the front door, and the train station is about 15 mins to walk too.

The flat is of a good size and is flooded with light. The lounge is big too, and the kitchen is big, so there is plenty of room for two and would be ideal for someone who likes to cook.

I work from home and would like to have the place to myself at the weekends, so can only really accept a lodger who is working full time not from home. So if you are just working here temporarily or something, or go home to a loved one on the weekend, then that would be ideal.

I have actually sold the flat, so will be moving out in about 4-5 months, so this would just be a temporary thing, on a rolling weekly basis or something.

As you can see from the photos, the place is quite tidy and well-maintained, so I am looking for someone like-minded in that respect. Also, the lady downstairs works shifts and complains about noise, so parties are not possible, sadly.

Lots of criteria, I know, hence trying not to charge too much for the room.
