Room to let in semi-detached house

The room is a furnished single with en-suite bathroom, free wifi, and tv, overlooking the rear and side. The house is a large modern semi with the usual facilities and appliances. Car parking is available. There is a small wooded area outside the garden perimeter. We are semi-retired, but active couple and the person sharing our house will be trustworthy, respectful and preferably sociable.

Chester is a beautiful city and has long been a favourite with tourists from around the globe. Our location is close to the University and walking distance to the city centre.
