The studio is light and airy and is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, table/chairs x2, 50" smart TV, desk, free WiFi, kitchenette (double hob, combi microwave/oven, fridge, sink, cupboards) and en suite shower room. All bills are included: electricity, heating, water, lighting, WiFi.

Chronicle House is ideal for students and professionals. It is in a fantastic location right in the heart of the city with Chester's restaurants, bars, cafés a 1 min. walk away. The beautiful river Dee and its riverside amenities is a 5 min. walk away. Chronicle House includes a social common room with 65" smart TV, gym, bicycle storage, laundry room, lift and has a staffed concierge desk during normal working hours.

There is limited free on street parking at certain times of day and numerous car parks (payable) in and around Chester city centre.
