About the room - bright and clean double bedroom with double bed, mattress, TV (with Amazon fire stick) and wardrobe. Large south-facing window looking out to the rear. Laminate floor. Shared bathroom with a sink, toilet, bath, shower and more storage space. There is also plenty of storage space in the loft. Downstairs is a cosy living room with exposed floor boards and a log burner. Large dining room with a piano. Kitchen with gas hob/oven, microwave, fridge etc. Outside the back is a yard with seating. No smoking indoors. On-street parking outside the front, the street is quite narrow but there is always a space to park nearby.

About me - 33 year old professional female working from home some of the time. I work for a bank as a Social Media Manager. I have a terraced house in the centre of Hoole (close to Alexandra Park and the tennis courts) where I live with my dog (a playful 2 year old American bulldog cross). Housemate must be ok with big dogs. I have an active social life and am often out rowing or doing things with friends in the evening. Looking for someone who is easygoing, laidback but also tidy and leads an active lifestyle.
