Female Student needed to take over tenancy Chester

I sadly have to move out of my current property due to the fact I'm disabled and struggle to use the stairs, it's a super sweet place and has a lot of things like a bath shower and a BBQ! I am only one room sharing the house with 3 other housemates. The room is spacious has a double bed, two wardrobes, desk and chair, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Must be a female tenant and a student to be able to take over the room, I can pay the transfer costs for you to be signed onto the contract. Super close to Exton park it's about a 5/10 minute walk away from main campus :)
