The house is fully furnished to a high standard and each housemate has their own double bedroom with a key. Your double bedroom has a new double bed with a cushion mattress, 1 x double wardrobe + 2 x chest of drawers, coffee table and large sofa.

The house has just been redecorated 3 years ago and has a Category A Fire alarm system with smoke/heat alarms in every room. There are two Double Bedrooms on the ground floor with a bathroom, walk-in shower and the first floor has three Double Bedrooms with a bathroom. There's 30meg wireless broadband throughout the house, with wifi extenders in the dining room and upstairs, a Dining room with seating for 6. There's also a brand new kitchen fitted a few years ago, which has a breakfast bar with Kettle/toaster, dishwasher, big fridge/freezer, medium fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob plus microwave & microwave/ convection oven. The downstairs bathroom has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The central heating is set on a Hive central thermostat so the house is always at a constant 18c-19c temperature and all the common areas of the house are cleaned once a month with a professional cleaning machine. Outside there's a courtyard/garden with a patio table & chairs and storage. Everything in the kitchen is insured and for any problems the engineer will be out within 24 hours.
