We currently have a large double room available in our spacious Vicars Cross houseshare (Chester CH3). It's in a convenient location – within walking distance of the lovely city of Chester, and easy access to the A55 and M53. Local shops include Aldi, Waitrose and independent stores. As an added bonus, the property offers plenty of private parking.

Included in rent are all the bills you'd hope for – council tax, water rates, gas & electricity, plus super fast wi-fi, Netflix and a weekly professional clean.

Currently the house is home to four friendly working people. To complete the household, we're looking for a tidy professional who is happy to chip in with bin duty and occasionally add cleaning products to your shopping list.
