Sunny double room with en suite and balcony

Friendly homeowner has an attractive, generously proportioned(3.9m x 4.7m including en-suite shower room)double bedroom available in a pretty house in this peaceful village. The room is tastefully furnished and decorated. The balcony overlooks the rear garden. There is off road parking to the front of the house.
Comberbach has a village post office / shop and pub and is well placed for access to the M56 and M6. Marbury Park, great for walking, cycling, running and even swimming with its summer season outdoor pool, is less than a mile away on the outskirts of the village.
I have a cat. Vegetarian / vegan especially welcome. Someone who appreciates a comfortable but orderly home, who is friendly but independent would suit.
WiFi access and bills are included as is use of the washing machine, chest freezer, kitchen with open plan dining area and conservatory, garden etc.
Short lets no problem. I am also happy to accommodate someone requiring a room for just part of the week, e. g. Monday to Friday, in which case there would be a lower charge.
