The tasteful furnishings include a full sized wardrobe, 4 underbed drawers, a dressing table and plenty of shelving. The rooom overlooks the rear garden. There is off road parking to the front of the house.
Comberbach has a village post office / shop and pub and is well placed for access to the M56 and M6. Marbury Park, great for walking, cycling, running and even swimming with its summer season outdoor pool, is less than a mile away on the outskirts of the village.
I have a cat. Vegetarian / vegan friendly household. Someone who appreciates a comfortable but orderly home, who is friendly but independent would suit.
WiFi access and bills are included as is use of the washing machine, kitchen, conservatory, garden etc.
Short lets / part of the week would be very welcome.
