-DEPOSIT-
For this property, we are asking for a deposit of ‘£250’ which will be held with a third-party company. This will be returned to you in full at the end of your tenancy given the room is left to a re-lettable standard.

-APP FEE-
We also ask for an application fee of £60 payable at the end of our Online Application Form.

-FIRST MONTHS RENT-
Once all checks and referencing have been completed (which we advise can take between 3-5 days FASTTRACKED) we will ask for the first months’ rent to be paid.
