En Suite Executive Room In Large Detached House

Owing to my lodger of 1.5 years moving out I am looking to rent out just 1 en-suite bedroom in my 5 bedroom detached house. There would just be the two of us living here.

The en-suite bedroom is the largest bedroom in my house, it is situated on the top floor with views across the countryside, and is beautifully furnished with a super king size bed and matching bedside tables, a large dresser with lots of drawers, a separate chest of drawers and a wardrobe; a desk (I am not looking for somebody who works from home) and a small seating area. The room and my house are immaculate.

My house is located on a quiet, exclusive, private development, away from any noise or hustle bustle. I have a double driveway so there is ample parking and an immaculate, fully equipped kitchen.
You must be very clean and tidy. It would just be you and me who live here.

I don't share my lounge this is my private space.

We are just 15 minutes from the M56 and the M6. Cuddington train station is just 5 minutes walk away and has direct routes to Liverpool, Chester and Manchester. Just a 5 minutes drive away is Hartford station and this will take you direct to Liverpool and Crewe for access to London, etc.

Although my house is in a very rural area we have great shops very close by and takeaways if you're not a fan of the kitchen!! My kitchen is however equipped with all the mod cons you would expect of a large new build.

I have rented out rooms in my house in the past and formed lovely friendships with most of my tenants.

I live a drama free stress free life.


3 month minimum stay.


Cleaning fee on moving out £70 if you don’t wish to clean it adequately.
