I am looking to share my lovely house in Dukinfield. It is a 3 bedroom. One room is not in use, which leaves the two double rooms. One for me and one for the house share. You will have full use of the rest of the house as well which includes living room, reception room, bathroom, kitchen diner etc. There is a front garden and large rear garden with a terraced area for those sunny days. The rear garden backs onto a huge field. There is also Dukinfield park, cricket club, a pub and access to the canal system within a stones throw. There is ample parking and the area is very quiet. The neighbours are fantastic and very friendly. Access to the motorway, trains and metro are very close by. There are loads of amenities within a short walking distance. I am a non-smoker and would be looking for the same.
