Double room, great local amenities

New comfortable modern house share. I work / stay away for much some of the week and I am often away visiting friends at the weekends.

I moved from York and travel back there frequently. You would have plenty of space as well as someone to pass the time of day or have a drink with if you wish.

I am active (running, bootcamp, and walking) and have a fairly busy social life. It would suit someone who was also busy so there was a good mix of company and time alone.

The bedroom includes a very comfortable double bed, large new wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Overlooking the back garden the room is quiet.

The joint bathroom is in between the two bedrooms and has a power shower over the bath.

The pretty village is situated near the river in walking distance of great local amenities including 4 pubs, two coffee shops, a deli, Spa and a Spar as well as takeaways a garden centre with butchers, a lovely bistro and an Indian.

It is a short distance from Chester via a very easy route with little congestion. It is also on the Welsh border and close to gorgeous countryside.

You would be responsible for cleaning your own room and sharing the general tidying/cleaning of the communal areas although gardening and window cleaning is covered.

I have a great cat called Binx who is part of the family. When I am away you may be asked to feed if around but I can make arrangements if not. As always communication is key. Happy to answer any questions.
