Double room, great local amenities

Comfortable modern house.

Good size double bedroom in a friendly house. I work 5 days over 6 (some Saturdays).

I am often away visiting friends at the weekends. I moved from York and travel back there frequently. You would have plenty of space as well as someone to pass the time of day or have a cuppa/drink with if you wish, but this isn’t essential.

I am active (running, gym classes, and walking) and have a fairly busy social life. It would suit someone who was also busy so there was a good mix of company and time alone.

The bedroom includes a very comfortable double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers (which I’ll be upgrading shortly by decorating in between lets - there’s a new headboard and a blind to fit - the room will be a bit more homely than the pictures). Overlooking the back garden the room is quiet. Neighbours are great.

The joint bathroom is in between the two bedrooms and has a power shower over the bath.

There is a spare room which on discussion / on occasion, you may have the use of for friends / family.

The pretty village is situated near the river in walking distance of great local amenities including 4 pubs, at least two coffee shops, a deli, Spa and a Spar as well as takeaways, a garden centre with butchers.

It is a short distance from Chester via a very easy route with little congestion. It is also on the Welsh border and close to gorgeous countryside.

You would be responsible for cleaning your own room and sharing the general tidying/cleaning of the communal areas although gardening and window cleaning is covered.
