Double room to rent

Property is located on Ronald Drive, Fearnhead, Warrington WA2 OBW.

I am looking to rent out a big double bedroom in my 3 bedroom semi detached house on a nice, quiet, residential road. There is enough space in the bedroom for a desk which I’m happy to pay for if it’s required. There is a double IKEA wardrobe in the room so there is plenty of storage space, it has both drawers and hangers.

I live at the property and my boyfriend occasionally stays over. We are both working professionals and work a hybrid work pattern. We are a calm couple who don't go out drinking or have many late nights, we enjoy going to the gym and going on hikes. We're clean and tidy and would expect the same from our housemate. We are both non smokers. There is one other tenant but he is also away a lot.

I would love to get a housemate who I get on with and could be friends with. I'm always up for chatting and hanging out but also happy doing my own thing. I love travelling and enjoy going to the gym, hiking and occasional drinks.

🚆 The house is a 6 minute drive (or a 25 minute walk) away from the Birchwood train station, from which you can easily get into Manchester.
