The Building

I have a peaceful 2 bed apartment in Kingswood Park which is in 33 acres of its own mature woodland and attached to Delamere Forest. We have a communal tennis court, beautifully kept grounds and a brand new bar and cafe in the forest just a ten minute walk away!

It is ideal if you are a keen walker, biker, horse rider, tennis player or if you just like peace and quiet. All of these things are on the doorstep. (It's the reason I bought the place)

Your room has a King size bed, lovely memory foam mattress, 40" TV and large built in wardrobes. You will have your own bathroom with bath and shower and access to further storage cupboards should you require it.

The apartment has an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, all very spacious with plenty of light throughout the apartment. There is central heating, access to washing machine, dishwasher, 65” TV, Netflix, Prime and Sonos sound system and a large balcony and super fast broadband.
You have your own parking space. You do need a car to live here as it is out in the countryside. It is 3.5 miles from both Frodsham and Helsby (10 mins drive).

I'm also happy to consider pets providing they are fully house trained and not loud or destructive. Bear in mind for any pets, I am on the 2nd floor of the building. There is lift access.
My last tenant had a lovely little cocker spaniel and my tenant before that had a gorgeous whippet which both worked really well living here.

I am looking for a professional male or female who is clean, tidy and ideally someone who loves to be out in nature.
