A double room is available to rent in my 3 bedroomed house in Frodsham. The room is nice and airy, has a double bed, and a set of built in wardrobes. The room also benefits from a window overlooking the garden.

There is a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet adjacent to the room.

There is a shared living room that has an open fire and a shared newly renovated kitchen. There is a covered patio and a garden terrace.

The house is a few minutes walk to Frodsham centre that has a train station with a direct line to Manchester(~45mins) and Chester (~20mins). The M56 is a few minutes drive and links to the M6 and M53.

There is plenty of on-road parking available nearby and off road parking available separately.

I have a golden retriever dog and a cat.

I am friendly and welcoming and am happy to sit in and watch telly or pop down to the pub for a drink too.

Minimum of 1 month rental and after the first week a minimum of 1 months notice is required.

Deposit of £100 secures room. Rent is paid in advance.
