Double room in cute flat

Hi I’m Lucy I’m 27 and I have a double room available in my flat.

The Room - the room is a lovely double bedroom (see pictured) the room will only come with the wardrobe as furniture so you will need your own bed/ any other furniture you may want.

The flat - has a lovely kitchen, large living room and a shared bathroom. It also has a big garden. There is plenty of street parking available.

Location - Gatley is a small village with walking distance to cheadle. It has a few bars, a tesco express and even a costa coffee! I live 10 minutes walk to the train station where you can hop on a train to town.

About me - I work part time whilst trying to build up my personal training business. So I’m usually pretty busy and on the go. I’m really into fitness which means I can usually be found in the gym, prepping my meals or walking my dog! I also have a french bulldog called emmie so you must love dogs to live here!

Because of my health and fitness lifestyle I don’t go out drinking very often so if you are a party animal then this is not the flat for you! On the other hand if you want a gym buddy or someone to watch Netflix with - send me a message!
