Double room available in newly renovated house

Hi! My name is Yiannis and I am originally from Greece. I work in Manchester for an events decor company. I have a room available in my house available immediately. Bills are not included except the internet. Including council tax it ranges from 70-90£ a month as it is getting colder now!

The house is just a 5 minute walk from Hyde town centre and 10 minutes to the train station and bus station, however there is a bus route from the end of the street (1 minute walk) taking you directly into Manchester City centre every 30 minutes. . Walk in the opposite direction and you are in the lovely countryside at werneth low in 15 mins. Lovely woodland (goyer woods) is directly in front of the property.

There is a shop open till late just a 2 minute walk away.

I am not often in the house with my work, the house is furnished except the bedroom however I do have a sofa bed that can be used in the room should you want it! If you look at the picture, it is a double room and separate storage space In the same room so it really is spacious.

Before I moved in back in October the house had been carpets put in and fresh paint too!

I have some friends that live next door so in my spare time I like to hang out with them, go for walks to the countryside, okay football or PlayStation and go to the pub (should they open again)
