Bright & Spacious Single and Double Rooms Available – Ideal for a Clean and Considerate Lodger

I have one newly decorated single room and one newly decorated double room available in my home, perfect for a clean, responsible lodger.

Both rooms are spacious and well-furnished with:

- Wardrobe
- Chest of drawers
- Bedside table
- Small desk & chair
- Smart TV

You’ll also have access to:
- A first-floor bathroom
- A downstairs toilet
- A fully equipped kitchen

I live in the house and keep it tidy and well-organised, and I’d expect you to do the same, especially in your room and shared areas.

There’s a washing machine available, but no dryer – you’re welcome to dry clothes in your room or in the garden when it’s sunny.

Important to Note:
I need the house mostly to myself during the weekdays from 9am to 5pm, so the room wouldn’t be suitable for anyone working night shifts, irregular hours, or from home. I’m looking for someone who works regular daytime hours and won’t need to be at home during the day.

Monday to Friday Lodgers Welcome: I’m happy to consider Monday-to-Friday lets (4 or 5 nights per week).
