Double room in lovely house in the heart of hale

I have a room free in the heart of Hale shortly

I am looking to charge £750 but if someone wants part time accommodation like Monday to Friday I would consider this.
This is a great home with a lovely room in Hale near lots of transport links

We are very tidy and are looking for someone similar to come join us. We enjoy cooking and going out socialising sometimes though generally the household has quiet nights in.

In addition to us humans we have a 6yr old cavapoo and her daughter who is 3yrs old, both are very clean and well behaved and go to work each day.

The house has all amenities that you could hope for

There is a huge new kitchen with conservatory and dining room with a six seater table and working fireplace, a living room and a cinema room with a huge comfy L shaped couch.

The house is within minutes walk away from the Altrincham metro link, bus station, and the Chester train line in Hale, there are also excellent transport links to many major motorways.

Many facilities are located near by (within minutes walk) in Hale village, such as lots of bars, restaurants, libraries, ice rink, leisure center, and cinema all within a walking distance in Altrincham.
