We are a family of 4. The room is a cosy single bedroom in a 5 bedroom house in a beautiful location.
We are all adults and ideally we are looking for a lodger who is easy going sociable and friendly and can blend in well with us.
We in turn are laid back and happy to accommodate.
Our house is located in a quite part of Handforth very near to Handforth Train Station as well as the main shopping area.
Handforth is close to Manchester Airport and there are regular train and bus services to the airport as well as city centre Manchester.
We are looking for rent of £390 per calendar month and this will include Gas/Electric and Water and Council Tax Bills as well as WiFi.
