2 professionals looking for a housemate in our shared accommodation. We have two chilled indoor cats which are incredibly friendly, so you must be happy to live with animals. We both work full time jobs (9-5 mon-fri).
We are based close to Hazel Grove train station and the park and ride into Manchester city centre.
The room will be unfurnished. There is a washing machine, fridge/freezer, garage, driveway, greenhouse and a large back garden.
The rent is £450 a month, but this is with all bills included.
Ideally we would like someone friendly and tidy who will respect the house and it’s contents. Most of the furnishings belong to ourselves and we ask that you take care of your room and help with the cleaning of communal ones.
