Cute furnished room

In the heart of holmes Chapel. Stone throw from the m6 and walking distance from the shops, a pub and local supermarket.

I'm looking for a friend rather than just a tenant but to split the crazy renting prices in half would be super. I'm here until September on a contract but who knows could take out longer but don't let that put you off because I may be looking to move but if we get on there could be scope to come with me to my next home.

I have hedgehogs so must like my spikey friends. :) There is a full lounge for you to use. I really don't use it but there is no TV in there so if you have one, you can make that your own and chill out in there. Or join me in the kitchen/ dining room where I spend most of my time with my hogs and possible glass of wine.
In the nice weather the garden is south facing so you can sit in the conservatory and get totally over heated or chill out in the garden.
I always leave ample empty cupboards for you to use in the kitchen as it is your home and I want you to feel welcome. There is two cookers and two fridges.

The price reflects the heating, we don't like to be cold in this house. I normally have it on from teatime till midnight Monday to friday and all weekends. But If you are off for a week in winter and heating on all day then you would have to pay extra like I would. I wash cloths around three times a week and shower every day so if you have a bath upto the top everyday you would have to pay abit extra.....I'm on a metre so just reasonable use just an example. Sky broadband use and great connection.
Ideally looking for someone who works Monday to Friday office hours.
It's shared parking enough for two cars.
