Hi, I'm Matthew, a 30-year-old pilot based out of Manchester. I'm looking for a lodger for a double room in a modern, 4-bedroom house in Holmes Chapel. Here are the details:

- Exclusive use of main bathroom

- Spacious double room on the second floor.
- Shared Office Space if needed
- Will be fully furnished with Double Ottoman Bed
- Wardrobe
- Bedside Tables
- Dressing Table/ Desk

(You would be the only other person in the house, the top floor would be myself with an entire, then your room would be on the second floor, with exclusive use of the main bathroom, other room would be office space and the final room would be a spare bedroom)
