Little bit about us :

I am Petra 28yr old, my partner (38)
We both professionals, my boyfriend runs his own decor company and I work there as an account manager .

We are very social and when the weekends come we like to go out and about or have friends over but we also like to just relax at home and have a quiet one.
I really enjoy painting, and we both have traveled extensively

We are looking for someone with similar interests, who love, socializing and staying active.

I consider myself a tolerant and open-minded person, but I don't respect the beliefs of people who think your dishes will magically get cleaner the longer you leave them in the sink.

THE HOUSE

3 bedrooms, We currently looking to sublet our bedroom for a month while we away and then from end of august the ground floor ensuite will become available as our flatmate is moving out.

On the first floor, there is a shared kitchen with a dining room and a nice large balcony, it also has a dishwasher and clothes washer and a separate living room.
The second floor is our room, a guest room, and a shared bathroom.

The common areas in the house are fully furnished ( Pictures are from before )

That house itself is in a quiet residential neighborhood
We have a bakery just across the road and a Tesco express 3 mins by walk

BILLS

The rent is £320/month, plus bills
