Room in hyde from Sept- not ready yet

The room is currently being touched up and will hopefully be ready from September.

Its a two bedroom house, with two lounges downstairs, we have turned the front room one in to a room, and have rented it out previously.

The bathroom has just been fitted so is modern and new, the kitchen is under quote, and may or may not be refurbished by the time the room is avaliable, if it is not, it will be soon... just means for a few weeks there might be some building work.

The living room is a shared room, there is game consoles and gaming PC that can be used by anyone in there. The Internet is connected in through what will be your bed room, but the wires are hidden away and it means you can connect any devices you have, and avoid having to go wireless.

All bills included in the rent, however you do need to buy your own food.

We do not have house parties, or play loud musics, both neighbours have young kids so we try to keep the noise down.

There are currently no pets in the house, however would welcome pets, cats would be a bonus.

I have in the past commuted to Manchester/ Stockport & Altricham (last one a bit far) by public transport for work, and have also commuted to Bury and Trafford by car. All reasonable distances.

I am currently working from home due to COVID and offices being closed, other house mate works in catering and has returned to work.

Please bare in mind with the photos that the room has not been made ready to let yet, but these give you an idea of size. The bike etc will be removed.
