Room To Rent In Quiet Home In Knutsford

Hello!

I have a lovely room to rent in Knutsford, 10 minutes walk from the town centre, train station and Tatton Park.

The house is peaceful, tastefully decorated and modern. The double room for rent has 1 King Size bed, a chest of drawers, double wardrobe and bedside cabinet so there's plenty of storage space (there's also space in the loft should you need it.)

You can also share all the other spaces including the bathroom with bath and shower, open plan living/dining room with patio doors that lead onto the garden plus the kitchen that is complete with appliances and equipment.

I work from home so it's important that I find a professional with normal working hours so we don't get on top of each other! But on weekends, it's a place where you can feel comfortable and freely use the whole space. Only people with continual work considered, no smokers, no children or pets. The room is also for single occupancy only. No couples.

Ideally I'm looking for someone who respects others space, but can also have a good chat over a bottle of wine after a long day! I'm an outgoing girl with a passion for health and fitness, yoga and socialising. I'm also really clean and tidy, so looking for someone who will respect this and help maintain the property to a high standard.

All bills included including super fast high speed broadband.
