Large Room In Comfortable Quiet House

Hi,

In your room there is a double bed, desk and large wardrobe, the room also has a tv socket. The house also has WIFI included in the price. There is also communal off road parking. You will always be welcome to use the living room with adjoining decking terrace and kitchen. I would also like to note we have lockable bedroom doors for added personal security.

Another valuable feature of the house is our guest room where we will be happy for your guests to stay such as family or friends. This is with prior arrangement with myself of course in case of double booking. However this has never been a problem before.

The house is less than ten minutes walk from Knutsford town centre/train station and five minute walk from the dog wood entrance to Tatton park.

I have been renting rooms out in the house successfully for over eight years and had elven tenants come and go. There have been all manor of types of people stay so I welcome all to contact. One thing I would like to add is that I like to keep the house as a quiet and as comfortable as possible so no party's or smoking in the house.
