Double room in my house

Double room with lovely decor, and a very comfy mattress, in an imperfect but well loved & homely house.

WiFi (50Mb) is everywhere in the house, and there's an ethernet socket in the bedroom. I can provide a desk & chair or small couch for the room if that's needed, otherwise in the office/dining/junk room downstairs you can use my desk whenever I'm not home & using it.

Most of the house has been refurbished (lots of it by me!)
The bathroom is old (1920s) and I'm saving for it to be replaced eventually, but for now, it's doing fine, it all works!

Although I do live in the house, I'm only here maybe 2-3 days a week. My lodger in the rear room works full time.

You'll need to bring your own screen(s) as I don't watch TV.

Household bills and Council Tax are included.

Preferences:

I'm "flexitarian", but the other lodger is not... the fridge/freezer is big enough for that not to matter but it's not a vegan household.

I'm LGBTQ friendly... I'm very straight but most of the people I know aren't!

I recycle (or compost) virtually everything nowadays, I'm not a fan of creating waste.
