I am looking to rent out the top floor of my new build property.

The room and ensuite are extremely spacious and consist of the whole top floor. There is currently a king size bed and mattress, large wardrobe, two side tables, wall mounted TV and a set of drawers in the bedroom. The size of the room means it still feels very spacious and there is room for some of your own furniture if you wish to add anything.

The ensuite bathroom has the usual shower head and also an additional rain shower head. There is storage under the basin and a heated towel rail.

There is a shared open plan living, dining and kitchen area as well as downstairs toilet. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, double oven, washing machine, induction hob, and dishwasher. There is ample cupboard space for storing your food.

The room comes with an allocated off street parking space.

All bills and internet are included.

No remote workers.

The house is located on the edge of the town centre but you wouldn't realise because of how quiet it is. It probably takes about 5 or so minutes to walk to the station.

There are occasionally dogs at the house but the new tenant would not be able to have pets.
