This is a double room with wardrobe and desk in a very quiet location within walking distance of Nantwich town centre.
The bedroom is in a 3 bed victorian semi-detached house in a very convenient location for either Nantwich or Crewe. There are two living rooms and therefore one could possibly be for private use. The household has one small dog and a cat so preferably someone pet friendly.
This is a spare room in my home which is available while my son is at uni. There is also the possibility to rent another room on an ad hoc basis for an additional cost.
Parking is available on the driveway and all bills are included.
I am ideally looking for someone Mon-Fri and can reduce the rent if this is the case.
