The room is a spacious en suite with a pleasant garden view on the first floor of a three storey house in a quiet, non estate cul de sac on the outskirts of Nantwich in Stapeley.
We are within easy walking distance of the centre of town/station and close to the A500 and A51.
My sons and I all work locally, generally we all do our own thing in terms of meals, social activities etc with my eldest spending quite a bit of his time at his girlfriend's.
We have an elderly cat; Molly.
There are the usual amenities; dining kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fibre broadband etc. which you would share.
There is a South West facing garden which is a pleasant spot for enjoying the sunshine (when it shines!).
