The room has en suite facilities. The living room and kitchen area is shared. Gas, electric, and internet bills aren't included in the rent unfortunately. I don't drive or own a car so the parking space available 24/7.
I work throughout most of the week. I am mild mannered and chilled out. I am very open minded. I am vegetarian but don't care what you eat. I don't really drink often, and don't smoke, but I do not mind if you do (there is a smoking area downstairs) If you are LGBTQ+ friendly that would be a huge plus for personal reasons
