Large Double Room

Hi, I have one room to rent in my home in the new Winnington Village housing development between Northwich and Hartford.

It’s a quiet area with off street parking, so If you have a car, you'll have parking right out the front of the house. If not, the house is close to Northwich and Hartford which both have train stations etc.

The room is fully furnished with double bed, large wardrobes and bedside cabinet (bedding not included). Whilst the room is not ensuite it is immediately next to the main bathroom (with seperate bath and shower) which I don't use as I have my own bathroom. This will be yours besides the odd occasion I have a visitor.

There a good size kitchen fully kitted out with washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.

All bills are included in the rent including, fibre wifi, council tax etc.

I’m looking someone who is clean. Must also be ok with dogs as I have a 2 year old dog Lagertga.

Renting would be on month by month basis as I do not wish to commit to a long term rent agreement.
