We are looking for a lodger for our large double room with en suite on the ground floor of our house. We will consider both 7 day (£450 pcm) and Monday-Friday (£300 pcm) lettings. Great location for commuting to Manchester/Chester areas, and both Liverpool and Manchester Airports.
About us: You will be sharing the house with me and my wife. We are both early 30's, and both of us work full time. We also have a Border Collie, so any potential lodgers must like dogs - he is super friendly and loves people. We have a cleaner twice a month which will cover your room and bathroom.
The House: Our house is a 4 bedroom semi detached house built in the 1930's. It is situated a short walk from Northwich Town Centre, and is tucked away on a lovely quiet road with ample free parking. We do have a drive, however, we would still need use of this and 3 cars is a bit of a squeeze! You would have use of the shared kitchen and living room if you want and we have BT Infinity Broadband and full Sky Package (will consider upgrading to SkyQ for an additional monthly payment to cover the upgrade for the spare room). Bedding and towels provided along with fully furnished room.
About You: We are looking for a professional person that is a clean and considerate housemate. Smokers fine but must smoke outside.
