One double room, in a spacious 3 bedroom house.

Double room available. I own the house and live here with two small friendly terriers. There is also a spare room which is unoccupied and used for occasional guests.

There is one bathroom and a downstairs toilet.

Front and back gardens with off road parking.

Penyffordd is a lovely village, with 3 pubs and access to plenty of open spaces. Very good transport links to Wrexham and Chester.

I work 3 days per week as a family Intervention Worker in Ellesmere Port, only 2 days in the office and one at home. I also study full time at Glyndwr University, a MRes in Psychology. I am originally from Yorkshire and have travelled extensively before I bought this house.

I like to cook sharing food etc is a possibility which would need discussion. I do not eat meat but it does not matter if you would want to cook and eat meat.

I have two dogs, this is also there home but your room would be off limits to them if you choose. So being dog friendly is a must.

I have an allotments and enjoy going out with the dogs or on bike rides. I generally listen to music or read. I would enjoy someone who does like to interact in the house as I do like conversation.
