Hello! I am looking at renting out the second bedroom of a three bedroom house. The house features 3 bedrooms (one room is not rented out at all) two bathrooms, office, dining room, two living rooms and storage in shed and roof. Only one bedroom is occupied and will not use the third bedroom only for guests or friends to used of the two lodgers as a guest rooms
I work from home two weeks per month and travel two weeks per month. Anyone gay friendly or gay is welcome. Preferably someone outgoing, easygoing, clean respectful.
