A furnished double room to let in an end terrace cottage with large private garden backing on to greenbelt fields.

The master bedroom has plenty of generous storage spaces, including fitted wardrobes and deep large drawers built into a custom made rustic pine staircase, not now used. (The photo unfortunately does not show this to best advantage due to the angle of the doorway and so only showing a small section of the room.)

The back bedroom is not as large, yet privately peaceful and benefits from views across the fields behind the house. `it provides a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving for plenty of storage space. It can also accommodate a table and chair for plenty of usable desktop space if required.

The house is both friendly and spacious with shared amenities including lounge, oak fitted kitchen and tiled bath/shower room.
Privacy is much respected, yet also we would be looking for someone fairly easy going, communicative and who would have a wish to feel at home here with their new house-mates.

The house has a comfy rustic feel and would not suit anyone who is looking for ultra modern, double glazing and plastic stuff. We have timber floorboards, rugs and a wood-burning stove as well as central heating, washing machine, TV and microwave etc.
Also wireless broadband connection.

We enjoy friendly relationships with our neighbours, which is important to us and previous occupants have much enjoyed staying here.
