Are you a normal easy going person?? Can you catch spiders? Will you feed a cat on occasion whilst i am away?

If your answer is yes yes yes then I have the perfect room for you. A lovely comfy double bed in a spacious room with fitted wardrobes. It has new carpet and woodwork and a new bed. I recently gave it a lick of paint in a nice green/grey, and there are still some minor repairs needed to the walls, but i will fix those soon. The size of the room is 10ft x 10ft .

A new bathroom was installed with a big shower bath.

Downstairs has been has all the mod cons you need.
Parking is in the close, and my garden is blooming massive.

WiFi included. Sky tv. Netflix. Disney.

It's a quiet area, countryside on the doorstep or 20 min train to the city.

A deposit of £450 is required.

Longer term lodgers preferred. Mon to Fri lodger is the same price as a full-time one.

Min term 3 month. No working from home full time allowed.

Even though this house is very quiet, I do not want someone who is a light sleeper.
I don't want: alcoholics, couples, people with criminal convictions, on police/court bail, students or dss, I'm afraid. No children.


I will require proof of employment and ID.


Rent also includes cleaning of all shared areas and hoovering of your room.
